- Product Technical Engineer
Job responsibilities:
Structural design and feasibility assessment of connectors (such as rubber shells, metal terminals, metal shells, etc.);
Conduct CAE simulation analysis on relevant load-bearing structures;
Based on customer needs, timely develop or adjust product related structural plans, and create introduction and explanatory materials;
The creation of technical documentation during the product development process;
Capable of visiting clients, conducting technical exchanges, and providing technical support;
Market problem analysis and countermeasure evaluation.
Job requirements:
Mechanical/Automation/Materials Science and Engineering majors;
Proficient in 3D CAD software, SolidWorks preferred;
More than 2 years of experience in connectors or electronic components;
Experience in designing automotive connectors is preferred.
- Technology Management
Job responsibilities:
Creation and management of connector related specification materials;
Follow up and management of R&D project progress;
Assist in quotation management and cost analysis;
Assist in writing company standard documents, product introduction materials, etc;
Assist in product promotion, process and analyze market research information.
Job requirements:
No major restrictions, priority given to those with relevant professional knowledge;
Those who understand the relevant specifications, product characteristics, and production process of the connector industry are preferred;
Experience in the connector industry or electronic component design documentation is preferred;
Proficient in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks) is preferred;
Have good communication and coordination skills.
- Production Technology Engineer
Job responsibilities:
Design of connector fixtures and jigs;
Design, debugging, and maintenance of connector trial fixtures and equipment;
Follow up and maintenance of mass-produced automation machines;
Optimization of production process flow, assisting in process control evaluation;
Feasibility analysis of product manufacturing.
Job requirements:
Mechanical/Automation/Materials Science and Engineering majors;
Proficient in 3D CAD software, SolidWorks preferred;
More than 2 years of experience in producing fixtures and equipment design;
Experience in connectors or electronic components, understanding of product characteristics and production processes in the connector industry is preferred.
- Rotating reserve cadres
Job responsibilities: (rotate according to profession and expertise to one of the following parts)
Basic knowledge of product technology, production of connector solutions and explanatory materials;
Execute project plans, assist in product design optimization, product quality, and other related tasks
Measurement of connector product dimensions and testing of product performance;
Preparation of process specification (design/production/quality management) documentation;
Management and promotion of project progress;
Assist in the research of new technologies, materials, structures, and properties;
Participate in handling product quality feedback and developing optimization plans;
Market promotion support;
Assist customers in forecast management and production management.

- Order Management Specialist
Job responsibilities:
Statistics and management of customer forecast demand
Receive and verify customer orders, complete data confirmation from the production management end ⇔ warehouse ⇔ demand end;
Develop and execute shipping plans. Capable of setting reasonable shipment schedules based on order priority, delivery time, and target customers, coordinating relevant personnel to complete tasks such as picking, checking, logistics shipment, and handling procedures;
Tracking and handling of goods logistics anomalies;
Regularly organize, input, and report statistics of order/shipment data; Assist in optimizing the processes and management of production management, warehousing, and demand side.
Job requirements:

Experience in order management, production management, warehouse management, logistics management, and supply chain management is preferred;
